Home Completed!

This home is completed and has passed all of the city inspections.

Almost Finished!

The final touches are being made to complete this home. The landscaping is currently in progress and the final City Inspection is planned for next week.

Home Progress

The construction of this home is moving very quickly. The stucco has been colored, the tile is almost completed, the metal gates and the hardwood flooring are being installed today.

Drywall Completed

The framing has been done, the home has been insulated and the dryall is hung, taped and textured and the walls are ready to be painted. The home is scheduled to have the perm. power hooked up on Friday.

Framing Progress

The framing began and is going very quickly.

Slab Poured

The slab has been poured and the cement is curing. We have had some rain and cold weather that has slowed the curing process. We plan on begining the framing very soon.

Underground Completed!

The underground plumbing and HVAC has been completed. We are now in the process of grading and preparing the slab for concrete. This preparation should take another 4 working days. In less than 2 weeks we should have the floor all poured to get ready for the framing stage.
